Healthcare Growth Partners provides investment banking and strategic advisory services to small and mid-size, high-growth companies with an exclusive focus on healthcare technology and services.
Healthcare Growth Partners is a boutique investment bank focused on healthcare technology and services. HGP was founded in 2005 with a goal of providing top tier strategic consulting and investment banking services to companies outside of typical mid-market investment bank parameters. Our clients represent over $2.5 billion in annual revenue in the healthcare services and information technology sectors. We provide strategic advisory services, buy-side advisory, sell-side advisory, capital advisory services, and valuations.
HGP puts clients first. We beleive HGP's model is substantially different from the large majority of investment banks in the healthcare sector. Our senior professionals are all equity owners of the firm, and we all work together on our client engagements. We do not hand assignments off to our junior staff - our senior team executes every assignment from beginning to end.

Our partners have worked in healthcare for the majority of our careers, and we have a range of experiences with companies across the sector, including providers, payers and suppliers.
